TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT FOR RENTING A MOTORBIKE

RENTER’S QUALIFICATIONS

The renter must be aged 18+. All drivers must be in possession of a current valid international or local driver’s license.
The renter must check the vehicle on its functionality at time of renting and prior to use.

DEPOSIT

A refundable deposit amount of 2000 THB will be paid in advance during the vehicle pickup.
The deposit will be refunded when the rental is completed, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when received.

INSURANCE, ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT OF VEHICLE

a) The renter is responsible for all loss, damage or repair to the vehicle, loss of use and diminution of the vehicle’s value caused by damage
or repair to it.
b) The renter is responsible for all expenses BudgetCatcher occurs due to the renter’s failure to return the vehicle including costs in locating
and recovering the vehicle.
c) The fixed excess amount of 60,000 THB in the case of loss or theft of the vehicle.
d) The vehicle shall not be serviced or repaired and parts and accessories not be replaced without BudgetCatcher’s prior consent.
The renter shall alert BudgetCatcher to any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
e) The renter is responsible for all damage or loss to third parts.
f) In the event the renter is in an accident, has an incident in vehicle or if vehicle is subject to theft or vandalism, the renter shall report
the accident or incident to BudgetCatcher immediately.
g) BudgetCatcher makes no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the vehicle, no warranty of merchantability and
no warranty that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

a) Permitting the vehicle to be driven by any person who is not an authorized driver under this agreement.
b) Driving under the influence of alcohol, weed or drugs.
c) Operate the vehicle for the transport of more passengers or goods than the maximum allowable for the vehicle.

UNLIMITED KILOMETERS / ACCESS TO ALL PROVINCES / PARKING AND TRAFFIC OFFENCES

At BudgetCatcher all our rates are based on unlimited mileage. Access is allowed to all provinces of Thailand.
The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any traffic offence fines and related administration fees incurred during their rental period.
In addition, you authorize BudgetCatcher to charge your credit or debit card for any additional costs incurred by parking and traffic offences.

EARLY & LATE RETURN

We will allow a grace period of 1 hour when returning your vehicle after which the following charges will apply:

1st hour – Free of charge
2nd hour – 100 THB
3th hour – Full day rate applicable to the class of vehicle rented

BudgetCatcher will not refund the rental fee monies, excluding the deposit, for return of the vehicle before the return date stated in
the signed agreement.

RESERVATION EXTENSION / FAILURE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE

If you would like to request a reservation extension during your trip, you have to submit a change request 24 hours before the contract ends.
The rental fee must be paid in advance. We may approve or deny your request.

If we do not approve your request for an extension to the rental period, the renter is obliged to return the vehicle (including keys and
equipment supplied) at the end of the rental period under all circumstances to the same BudgetCatcher rental station specified in
the rental agreement. Unlawful use or possession of the vehicle the renter may be charged with the criminal acts.

FUEL CHARGE

When returning the vehicle, the tank must contain exactly the same amount of fuel as it was when the vehicle was picked up.
Failure to do so will incur a refueling service charge added to the cost of the rental.

OUT-OF-OFFICE HOURS FEE

Out-of-office hours delivery and collection services will be chargeable at 200-500 THB per trip.
Please note that our office hours are: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm / 7 days

CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Changes to this terms of use agreement shall become effective only if in writing and signed by both BudgetCatcher and the renter.
